Photography Competition

Have you taken a great photograph of your garden, or a favourite flower or animal, or perhaps a lovely garden you have visited?

Then why not enter our photography competition?

For the eighth year running we are seeking wonderful original photographs of flowers, plants, gardens, flora and fauna, to be made into the Webbs 2013 calendar, produced in aid of our nominated local charities – Acorns, Kemp, Mary Stevens, Primrose and St Richard’s Hospices.

A Taste of Summer

Saturday 2nd – Tuesday 5th June

Join us over the long bank holiday weekend for a fantastic summer feast of food tastings and demonstrations!

Taste from a wide range of food and drink from our local suppliers including Pershore College Apple Juice, Easyyo Yoghurt, Tipsy Gins, Knights Cider, Emily’s Jams and Preserves, Checketts Sausages, Celtic Marches Liquers, Panjaban Curry Sauces (please note, not all suppliers will be here every day)

Herb Demonstrations
Our expert will tell you how to grow your own culinary herbs to use in your summer cooking.

Barbecue Demonstrations
Our experts will show you how to use a range of gas and charcoal barbecues from Weber, Swiss Grill and Broil King.

Our Webbs expert will give you some top tips for growing delicious fruit at home, whatever space you have available in your garden.

Talk starts at 6.30pm with tea/coffee and shortbread and lasts approximately one hour.

Talk costs £5 for Webbs clubcard members and £6 for non members.

Chicken Weekend

Our chicken experts will be on hand to answer any questions you have about looking after and feeding chickens at home. ‘Donate, Don’t Dump Day’ In aid of Mary Stevens Hospice

Thursday 28th June

Help your local charity to raise much needed funds to enable them to carry out their invaluable work in the community. Bring along at least one GOOD QUALITY item you no longer want/need and put it directly in to the Webbs van in the car park. We will then take all donations direct to the charity warehouse where everything will be sorted and taken to their shops for selling.

National Begonia Show

The National Begonia Society holds its Annual National Show at Webbs, Wychbold for the first time. With upwards of 26 classes including novice, intermediate, and open sections the show will be a dazzling spectacular of colour celebrating begonias of all varieties.
